Night of the Pumpkins is Knight Toss's Halloween event, running from October 15 to November 9. It adds five levels in a graveyard setting, ending with the boss Lord Pumpkin. During the event, pumpkins drop on the ground: tap them to collect them and spend them at the Pumpkin Market, including on Ysolde's Pumpkin Cape. The event is free, like the whole game.
When does the event run?
From October 15 to the evening of November 9. The game shows how many days are left. After November 9, the event levels are closed until next year.
What are the five levels?
A graveyard, a night of mist and lanterns, a procession of bones, the stroke of midnight, and finally Lord Pumpkin himself. Their difficulty follows your campaign progress, so they stay playable whether you are a beginner or deep into Act II.
How do you beat Lord Pumpkin?
He is one of the toughest bosses in the game, heavy and hard to lift: a throw moves him half as far as a soldier. As with the giant, make him dizzy before you throw (damage is multiplied by 1.5), and use the knights around him: a knight thrown into another one damages both. The other bosses are covered in knight Toss bosses.
What are pumpkins for?
Pumpkins drop during event battles. Tap to collect them, then spend them at the Pumpkin Market in the game's shop. The headline reward is the Pumpkin Cape, an outfit for Ysolde, the champion who guards the foot of the wall.
